Standard Service Agreement

We provide services only pursuant to a written contract as required by our insurers and by Virginia statute. Our standard Contract is a printed page having check-boxes which, when marked, indicate a service we will provide. The standard contract also has fields which allow specification of the price will we charge for such services (the "Stated Sum"), of the location where we provide such services (the "Property Address"), of an electronic mail address through which we may contract you regarding such services (an "E-Mail Address"), of your name (the "Client Name"), and of the date on which the Contract was executed (the "Date"). Payment of the Stated Sum may be remitted in cash, by check made payable to the Company, or via any debit, credit, eCheck, or mobile tender accepted by our secure online gateway.

On the Service Agreement form, the services contemplated include the marked items, described only briefly and generally. Refer to the service section of our website for definitions of terms, specifications regarding the scope, nature, and quality of products and workmanship to be delivered, and applicable policies, including our privacy policy. Regulatory constraints prohibit us from performing irrigation, applying pesticides to ornamental shrubs or to turf of any sort, excavating to a depth greater than 24 inches, laying structural landscaping timbers, removing non-ornamental trees, trimming or pruning non-ornamental trees from a position of over twelve (12) feet off the ground, cleaning windows above fifteen (15) feet, painting exterior surfaces, and undertaking any specialty work requiring a license or certification we do not currently possess.
